  • We constantly monitor, measure, and improve our sustainability management system; we plan and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • We prioritize accessibility, health, and safety standards for all guests, employees, and visitors with special needs, physical sensitivities, or limitations.

CHILD RIGHTS POLICY

  • We do not employ child labor, and we expect the same sensitivity from all our business partners.
  • We provide environments and opportunities where children can feel comfortable, express their feelings and thoughts freely, and support their development.
  • We give priority to children in service areas.
  • We provide training to our staff on child rights and child protection.
  • We work to create awareness of physical, verbal, or psychological violence or neglect towards children.
  • We ensure that children are supervised by adults during activities.
  • We support relevant projects that aim to protect children’s rights.
  • If we witness suspicious behavior involving children, we inform hotel management first, and when necessary, request help from the Social Support Hotline.
